A 44-year-old Naperville man was arrested Tuesday on three counts of child pornography as the result of a joint investigation conducted by the Naperville Police Department and Will County State’s Attorney James Glasgow’s Crimes Against Children Unit.

Investigators armed with a warrant searched a computer hard drive at a residence in the 2200 block of Salisbury Drive in Naperville and found multiple digital videos of boys and girls under the age of 13 performing various sex acts alone or with adults, according to court documents.

Victor H. Linares, who lives the 2200 block of Salisbury Drive, was charged with three counts of child pornography, court documents show. Naperville police said the charges are class 2 felonies that carry a potential sentence of probation or three to seven years in prison upon conviction.

Linares is being held in the Will County jail in lieu of $150,000 bond.
