What experts see as Domestic Violence cases Courts see as High Conflict cases. Most divorces, including high conflict ones, normally settle without a trial; but in some 3.8% of cases, where parents are fighting over custody and visitation of their children you’ll almost inevitably find Domestic Violence or Coercive Control. America’s Custody Courts are failing to protect the health and safety of America’s children.
These are the cases the courts get wrong; most of the time. These are the children the Safe Child Act protects.
