SOME QUESTIONS ARE HARD TO ANSWER.

SOME SHOULDN’T NEED TO BE ASKED.

Every parent knows that the most innocent of questions can require the most difficult of explanations.

What not every parent knows is that each year, judges return thousands of children to parents who hurt them.

Instead of, “Mommy, where do babies com from?”, children are asking “Mommy, will the judge let Daddy continue to touch me?”

And this has to stop.

Some questions simply shouldn’t need to be asked.

HOW YOU CAN HELP KEEP CHILDREN SAFE

STEP ONE

We need you to sign the petition.

STEP TWO

We need you to share this with your friends. Please participate in the #KidsQuestionsChallenge. You can read all about it by clicking the button below where you’ll find music, and other helpful things to participate. Santa stopped by yesterday to kick it off.

Why haven’t I heard about this?

Don’t worry, you’re not the only one. Most people find out about this when it happens to them or their loved ones. And then it’s often too late, the damage is done. This is why it’s imperative you help us tell the story to friends, relatives, and strangers today.

Where can I read more about what’s happening in the courts?

The Safe Child Act developed by Barry Goldstein has three central tenets:

It makes the child’s health and safety the priority for the court.

It directs courts to use the latest research in their deliberations and provides funds for judicial training.

It provides a speedy evidentiary hearing at the start of custody proceedings to establish if abuse or domestic violence is a factor. If they are, there is no unsupervised visitation, no trials, and no years of tortuous custody proceedings.

Who are you? & Where can I find out more about your organization?

We’re called the Stop Abuse Campaign. We have one aim: for children to lead happier, healthier lives. We protect children by preventing Adverse Childhood Experiences that harm them.

I’m worried about my kids. How often does this happen?

Thankfully, more than 97% of family court cases turn out positively for children. That’s why we owe it to the remaining children to give them a fair chance of happiness too.

How Else Can I Help?

Part of the reason Family Courts are broken is because few people know there’s a problem.

Donate $5 and we can bring this message to another 20 people, encouraging another 20 signatures.

The more people we reach, the more support there is, and the faster we can protect children.
