Ex boy scout leader accused in child sex case

David Radecki,, 37, is barred from further participation in the Boy Scouts of America program, the organization said.

A Metro Detroit Boy Scout Troop leader, a former U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer, is due in court Wednesday on allegations that he inappropriately touched a 12-year-old Romulus boy last fall, according to media reports.

David Radecki, 37, was formally arraigned last month in 34th District Court on charges of second-degree felony criminal conduct, felony accosting a child for immoral purposes, a high misdemeanor count of aggravated indecent exposure and a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure, authorities said. He was released on bond and required to wear a GPS tether.
