Companies in China and Japan manufacturing child sex dolls must not be allowed to sell them in the United States, Rep. Daniel Donovan said Monday.
While there have been dolls sold in the United Kingdom and other places, the dolls, made to look like children as young as 5 years old, don’t appear to be sold in the United States yet and the congressman wants to make sure it stays that way.
Standing outside the Richmond County Supreme Court building Monday morning, Donovan (R-Staten Island/Brooklyn) said once Congress is back in session, he will sponsor a bill to prohibit the sale, importation and distribution in the country.
