Darrell Fisher, 44, pleaded guilty to four counts of sexual battery by an authority figure in April. He had been indicted on 20 criminal counts involving five victims which ranged from 11 to 14 years old, as reported by FOX17. Fisher was facing between 8 and 24 years in prison, but was sentenced to 18 years.

Fisher sexually abused his victims for at least two years and, in one case, a full five years.

When authorities searched Fisher’s home in January 2016, they found chastity belts, harnesses, and electrical shocking devices.

Police say the former Boy Scout leader would wear a diaper, soil it, and force the boys try to “change” him.

According to a report by WKRN, Fisher was initially charged with rape of a child and aggravated sexual battery. A 17-year-old victim came forward and told police that Fisher had been molesting him since he was 12 years old. He met Fisher when he was 11 and often stayed at his house. The victim told police that Fisher would perform sexual acts on him and then force him to perform sexual acts on Fisher.

Metro police spokesman Don Aaron said that the victim’s testimony could lead to others coming forward.
