Louise Penberthy does, and she can give advice to all of us on how to deal with both.
Penberthy started mediating in 2002, and over the years since then, she’s observed many things about people, their needs, what gets them into conflict, and what helps get them out. Sometimes there’s no obvious reason why two people don’t get along; sometimes, it’s what she calls Idiopathic Mutual Irritation, which is the subject and jumping off point for this podcast. Since 2018, Louise has been working as a program coordinator at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation in Seattle. She’s also a speaker and software developer.
